Do I meet the daily nutriotional value?
Every morning I would usually drink a smoothie I made in a blender that consists of 2 bananas, small dose of milk and 3 strawberries. Sometimes I eat an omelet as an alternative.
For lunch, when not having a shortened day in school I eat a pizza with salad that consists of lettuce, small doses of carrots and tomatoes.
When I come home I eat spaghetti for dinner and after that I eat a salad with 2 tomatoes(cut) and 1 cucumber, onions and mayonnaise(and some green stuff)
I also drink Mongolian Tea in between(Milk+Black Tea+Salt)
I'm a vegetarian(not a vegan)
Honestly depends on the size of your body, goals and your physical activity. I don't feel comfortable unless I eat over 3500 calories in a day. Seems your diet is lacking some protein. There is studies that show people that increased their protein some actually gained some muscle mass and lost some fat without barely even picking up a weight.
