What should I do for my homecoming make up and hair? (Dress inside)?

Homecoming is coming up in 3 weeks. I have my dress and shoes. I'm stumped on what to do for hair and make up. The two major colors are ivory/white and hot pink.
Description: My hair is about 3 inches past my shoulders. I am brunette with a lot of blonde highlights. My hair is layered as well. My face is a round shape. I have hazel eyes. About medium fair skin tone.
