Definently the teal dress. It's the prettiest, and would go really good with your skin tone, eye color, and hair.
I don't like the second one because the black bottom part seems to bulky and puffy.
The third is okay, but I wouldn't get it.
I also like the red, if you can't get the teal one get the red!
