I saw a pretty dress on google images and i cant find it now 
It was short, thigh length, and pale yellow and white floral.
The waist was tied with a yellow ribbon and it was strapless.
it was on a white manniken with no neck or arms i think............
The skirt was flared a little, and it was SOOOOOOO PRETTY!!!!!!!!

BUT I CANT FIND IT.
