Cropped Cardigan, very similar to this one only with slightly puffed sleeves, pink and left unbuttoned.

If you do not like, what would you change.
For a kindergarden teached I wouldn't say it's very practical - With kindergarden teachers they have to constantly pick up kids, get down on the ground and all over play with the kids and in a dress that's kinda going to be hard. I would be pushing more along the lines of if you did wear the dress, wear tights underneath, and make sure that the dress had straps so that it can't be pulled down easily.
