i got REALLY big thighs and the back part just below the thighs, (the lower half of my legs...)
now. here's the thing. the dress code is semi-formal..
(strictly) highly fashionable cocktail outfit(knee length dress). and we have to ramp in a runway before the event. i don't want my huge thighs and legs to ruin my poise and just sit down all night because of it. what specific workouts do you think would help me ? what foods should i eat and what should i avoid ?
i only got TWO WEEKS to slim my thighs and legs down. my arms and waist and face are in good shape so i gave up with the idea of starving myself cause my upper part of the body would look all-bones. please help me. thank you so much !
You cannot slim your thighs with exercise.
You can go on a starvation diet, or you can have a radical surgery that moves your thigh fat to your breasts.
