Okay, well I'm going to my friends sweet 16 tomorrow and on the party invite it says semi formal. I already have my dress, but I'm not sure if i should wear flats or heels? A lot of my friends are wearing flats, but I'd rather wear heels. Do you think heels would be too dressy for a semi formal party?
