Sage Gothic

Modern Gothic Fiction & Romance?

I am organizing a program for the library at which I work on Gothic Romanticism of the 18th & 19th centuries, such as Polidori, Byron, Poe, and Hawthorne. One of my co-workers suggested that I choose a few modern writers whose novels were influenced by the period, as well, to capture interest in our community. I was going to include Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight sage & Stephen King.

Can you offer any more examples?

I can't think of any others other than what you mentioned but have you tried Waterstones? They have a whole section dedicated to Modern Gothic Romance novels.

Sorry I couldn't help more.

EDIT:

Just found some pages on Wikipedia and some other websites, they might help:
