Are there any dress codes for attending a catholic church wedding? can one wear a summer dress with prints?
How much is then considered over-revealing? Is a sleeveless summer dress too revealing? It is definitely not a tube dress. BTW, its in Singapore, it's summer all the way here.

If it's in the church, you should have sleeves of some kind. Even if it's just a cap, it's better to have your shoulders covered. In traditional Catholic churches, bare shoulders are considered disrespectful.
Other traditional dress rules:
The skirt should be knee length at least. Don't have bare thighs in the church. If it's backless or very low cut, that is also a no-no. As insane as it sounds, bare skin is a sign of a woman lacking in virtue in traditional Catholic churches. The traditional wedding dress is high necked and long sleeved, if that gives you an idea about how conservative the Catholic religion is.
If you know the church standards, and it's more relaxed, then go ahead and wear the dress. If you are in doubt, call and ask a member of the wedding party. The bride, groom, their parents, or their attendants can tell you how appropriate your dress is.
