guys, i live in London so prom is a bit different to the one you have in America! we usually wear party dresses, not fancy gowns

The second one is amazing!, It's very cute. That's what I would wear. I'm not understanding why people think they're too short for prom! You can wear what you want.I might wear a short dress to mine too. So, I think you should definitely get the second one!
