What type of lingerie piece to wear under a dress?
My sister's getting married. To my luck I am a bridesmaid. The dress color happens to be champagne & I picked a 2 piece dress since my bust is smaller than I wished for ;(
My top size looks like a corset type, sz 8. My bottom skirt runs long and its a sz 10. Its a backless/strapless dress. I tried looking for a dress underwire (molded) slip or shape wear with cups. But after searching and searching several high end stores no luck. I was told by a Macy*s lingerie associate that for my petite size & size A they dont make those. I am not up for pasties so any ideas what I can wear for this occasion?

Given that you have a smaller cup size, I'd recommend sticky cups (or cups with sticky side tabs). They'll give you more coverage than just pasties, although there is a slight issue with sweating heavily in them. A higher-end department store might carry them, or a specialty lingerie store.
You could also try a backless bra. The straps wrap around your stomach and only show at a low point on the back. I'd say specialty store for this one. I don't know if it would work with your corset, but it might be worth a shot if the sticky ones don't work out.
