how to make a v-neck halter dress more modest?
I was shopping today at Macy's and I found a gorgeous turquoise halter dress. The only thing is, my mom thinks the neckline is too low. I was wondering how to fix this. I thought I could layer the dress with a bandeau or something, but is there another way? Thanks.
