Dress 1. "less is more" applies when dressing for an event like your 8th grade graduation. You don't want a dress that is so busy it detracts from YOU which is what this is about. With your complexion and dark hair, the white will definitely compliment your appearance, and you can accessorize as much or little as your personality prefers.
