I have a fancy dress party this weekend and really wanna look good. I have a budget of a bout £20. I am a 21 year old lady, well others may say diffirent haha. I don't fancy a scary outfit.
Any ideas would be useful as i haven't got a clue what would be a real head turner on my budget. What would you wear?
