How long do i have to wear a corset for the effect to be permanent ?
I want a smaller waist but not insanly small how long do I have to wear a corset for my waist to remain small and have that permanent effect.
Dear Kim, if you want to have graceful slim waist, I advise you to start with the corset about 4- 5 inches (10 - 12 cm) smaller then your current waist.
The wearing of the corset need long time, several weeks, months and than you can wear gradually smaller corset.
You should tighten you corset gradually and you body must adapt to the corset.
If you want to achieve really gracile waist, then I advise you to wear the corset all the time.
Next you can try to sleep tight corseted. It is difficult at the beginning than it is easier.
It is possible to achieve surprising effect of gracile waist after some time of wearing tight corset, especially underneath the ball gown.
You can achieve the target size of your waist one half of your breast circumference.
Remember the wearing of the corset is sometimes discomfortable and sometimes you will have the tears in your eyes.
But if you endure it you can to achieve the waist size as the lady's of 19th century with their aristocratic behavior.
