How do I make a really short, ruffled skirt?
I was passing by a shop and I saw some sheer, chiffon-like material which I thought would be perfect. I want to make a short ruffled skirt (a bit cosplay/lolita-eque) with a patchwork of different materials. So if anyone has seen a DIY instruction website or a pattern free for download, please answer!
