I need a red velvet cake without the chocolate, and I need to make burgundy icing.Help, please
thats the whole point of red velvet cake is the cocoa. it's only red because of food coloring. you could take a yellow or white cake and add red food coloring and make icing and add burgundy food coloring. it wont taste the same though. it wont be a red velvet cake. just yellow cake with color.
